Living History Group - Sandy Mercer

I have worked in the IT industry for 30 years and am old enough to remember the nightly news coverage of the Vietnam War on the television.

From there, my interest grew through books and the history of the war and it was then a short step into collecting militaria - exclusively to do with Vietnam - and joining a Living History Group.

Through the various groups I have been in, I have known Mark and Judith for nearly 20 years now and am very proud to be a member of the No Slack Vietnam Living History Group and through it to be involved with Phil and everyone and the helicopters.

Otherwise, I build radio control model boats, with a particular interest in old Clyde paddle steamers.
